Quiet, decent sized apartments, friendly staff, workout facility could use a major upgrade.

This a great apartment but if you have kids it a problem because there is no entertainment for kids. no play ground for kids to play.

It is a nice peaceful place to live.

I have enjoyed living at Minnetonka Hills. The common areas are always very neat and clean. As least on the 3rd floor, our apartment is very quiet - essentially no noise from wall-to-wall. There have always been washers and dryers available each time we have needed to do laundry, especially on the weekends. A few things I would change is having the underground parking units available for a lower fee or even month to month. There is not enough parking spaces in the lot.

It nice and quiet. Caring and professional staff. Would like to see the grounds kept a little better. When we had an on location cleaning crew, the building were kept a lot better. Would not want to see dirty parking lot and hallways. Should be kept nice and clean, especially when you have guest come over. It seems like that has gone down to some degree. However, overall very nice place to live. Very relaxing area. Located near major highways to get you where you need to go quickly. Been living here for about 9 years, I think... Again, overall great place to live.

I love the apartment, no problems , you want to make sure you get the under car garage space. Also if possible wait for maintenance to paint and clean carpet before moving in.

Its a great location! I feel safe here, which is very important. The layout of the apartment is perfect for us, its quite cozy. Sometimes when you come back late on a weeknight there are no parking spots out front, but its not a huge deal. We can hear our neighbors at times, but its still a great place to live. I love the pool area and the trees that face our back patio, makes it feel private!

It's absolutely wonderful. very diversified welcoming and safe. Staff couldnt be better and the loctaion is close to everything.

Its nice. Not very much noise, neighbors keep to themselves.
